If you want to find out more about a trip or guide before booking, you can message the guide on Thermal. Make sure to review the trip description to clarify anything you need from the guide.

To message an operator before making a reservation:

1. Log in to your account on a desktop computer or browser and go to the trip for the guide you want to contact.
2. Click or tap Message [Guide name] on the trip page.
3. Write your message and click or tap Send.
