In our community, payments are made through Thermal. This approach serves the needs of our community:
When a traveler confirms a booking, you will receive a confirmation email with Thermal: Reservation booked for [traveler name] on [arrival date]
in the subject line. This includes the traveler details (e.g. name, email, travel dates, rooms or routes), and a summary of all pricing, including the payout amount.

Payment to you will be made in accordance with the terms outlined in your participation agreement and the cancellation policy that you select. You will be paid 30 or 90 days prior to the travelers’ arrival date depending on your policy.
Payments are made via bank transfer through Wise (our payments management tool). Please be sure to send us your bank account details so funds can be remitted. You can update your bank account information anytime through your Thermal contact or by emailing [email protected].

Thermal will remit funds to you in your local currency. Thermal will use the market exchange rate at the time of our payment to you to determine our exchange rate.
Please share your bank account details before your listing is live. We need the following to pay you in a timely way.
